Back to school

This week was back to school week except there is no school to go back to and so it is our first virtual beginning. The kids have all different emotions but mainly excitement for learning and seeing their peers. It happens to be the year where all of our kids are in three different schools. We all made commitment to patience and flexibility as this is going to be a long, trying and challenging year.

I always take a picture of the kids on their fist day of school. Henry's height is probably at 6'2" as he is towering over George, who is not short by any means. Eleanor is growing into a young lady with many skills. If school will not work for her in long term, she is hoping to continue her weaving and painting.

The kiddos are excellent readers. Henry just finished Sun Does Shine. He is currently reading The Killers of the Flower Moon. Eleanor is switching between horror stories and all things Judy Blume. George finished his Origami Yoda series and moved on to Warren the 13th.

Floxie, our Cotton puppy, is in love with walking, rolling in a grass, playing with dogs of all ages and sizes and he LOVES taking rides. I guess our long trip to Cape Cod was a great training program for a young puppy.

She still loves dresses.

Super excited to ride in Jeffrey's car.

Both the car and garden look great.

Finally after 6 months, the boy got a haircut. Unfortunately, the barber will be closing his business soon, after the long closure due to the Pandemic.
